In this article, we take a look at the top Wings from the event.
Aaron Price Aaron Price 6'7" | PF Liberty | 2022 State NV 6’7 SF West Coast Select 2022 (#6PHN 2022) (featured image) – Start with the fact that he can defend 4 positions. Throw in his athleticism, and you’ve got an interesting prospect. Can get you buckets without having plays called for him. Price ran and jumped his way to a big weekend, highlighted by plays like this.
JP Musselmann JP Musselmann 6'6" | PF Brophy Prep | 2022 State AZ 6’6 SF Arizona Dream 2022 (#34PHA 2022) – Musslemen was a versatile scorer for an undefeated Arizona Dream squad. He was able to step out and knock down 3’s from the corner, score with his back to the basket, and capitalize on his trips to the free-throw line. The scoring on AZ Dream was balanced however, Musslemen did put up a team-high 15 points against Hard 2 Guard.
William Dubuc William Dubuc 6'5" | PF Desert Mountain | 2022 State AZ 6’5 PF Arizona Dream 2022 (#54PHA 2022) – Second week in a row, I got a chance to watch Dubuc. I like him. Falls into the category of sneaky athlete. He missed a viral moment dunk on Sunday, but the fact that he barely missed it allows your mind to wonder. He rebounded his position and scored around the basket.
Desean Moreno Desean Moreno 6'4" | PF Spring Valley | 2022 State NV 6’4 SF Chosen Few 2022 (#58PHN 2022) – Moreno was a transition nightmare. He got out ahead of the defense putting points on the board quickly. He helped a deep and talented Chosen Few squad to a 4-0 Weekend, highlighted by an 18 point effort against Multi-Level.
Dylan Hamyan 6’6 SF NBBA 2021 (#36PHNC 2021) – Hayman was one of the best players on an undefeated squad. He’s an athletic scorer with the ability to finish around the rim. His best game was his last, where he poured in 34 points in an 80-69 victory over Cal Elite.
