Robert Booker Robert Booker 6'7" | PF Waunakee | 2024 WI | 6-6 | Wisconsin Academy Elite
One of the weekend’s best battlers as he faced down some of Illinois’ best and biggest, at his most effective near the basket at the moment as he’s super-athletic with quick feet and a crafty package of moves in the 5 feet and in range, as his face-up game improves he enters top-level territory.
Morez Johnson Morez Johnson 6'9" | PF Thornton | 2024 State #33 Nation IL | 6-7 | Meanstreets
Tantalizingly good with all the upside in the world, remembering he’s just a 9th-grader there’s room to grow in his overall offensive game, but what he does now is mighty impressive with a senior’s body and an agility level as a shot-eraser and in close finisher that warrants mention, big, strong and fast be it out on the break or off the O-glass he’s a monster prospect.
Jon Bol | 6-11 | Brad Beal Elite
Such size at this age group sets him apart, but he got better in my eyes as the weekend wore on and obviously has the shot-blocking, in-close finishing and rebounding chops of a much older player, I sensed in junctures that a viable face-up shooting game wasn’t that far off so it’s no surprise he’s near the top of rankings boards and on college radars early on.
Jadis Jones Jadis Jones 6'5" | SF New Madrid Central | 2024 State #248 Nation MO | 6-5 | Brad Beal Elite
Monster rebounder with a powerful frame and endless motor, simply too big and strong off the catch in close for anyone to match, put it on the floor as a slasher as well, when he was on the floor with uber-athletic Jordan McCullum it was a size and finesse package that was potent and nearly unstoppable.
Dallas Thomas | 6-7 | Brad Beal Elite (pictured above)
On a team full of near college-ready players Thomas was perhaps the most impressive in an overall sense, long and rangy he was an impossible matchup coming off the wing, he skied for finishes and knocked down jumpers over helpless defenders, coming downhill off the break he was exciting and efficient, a big-time high D1 prospect.
Jackson Clausius | 6-2 | Athlete Headquarters
Call him a forward or guard it doesn’t really matter as he can score from all levels, so versatile with and without the ball, caught it on the block, faced up for dribble drives or mid-range knockdowns, played some of the headiest D of the weekend, handled the rock on the break, a high IQ “born to play” sneaky-good athlete who will surely gain a ton of attention moving forward.
Nick Feather | 6-7 | Illinois HoopStars Ohanson
Near automatic in close, used big body to create space, an absolute rebounding machine with his sticky hands, combining with Noah Cleveland (stretch-4 with great range and motor) and Malcolm Morris (glass cleaner scores through contact) makes this frontcourt group a brutal matchup.
Bryant Moore | 6-4 | Rush Academy
Showed off a nice catch and finish game in close with nimble feet and soft hands, went to the glass hard and was careful and protective with the ball.
