He got wherever he wanted whenever he wanted, leading his team to a 3-0 record on the weekend with his scoring, facilitating and defense at a high level.
WBC Elite 2026 Guard Jaleel Morgan: He put together one of the best shooting exhibitions that we have seen from a middle schooler in a long time. Knocking down the three point shot at an extremely high rate, at one point he went for five three pointers in a row, without a shot touching the rim and this was all done without him forcing too many plays. It’s impressive to see a player his age that has such good mechanics on his shot and he will be one to keep an eye on.
Fayetteville Stars 2023 Guard Tanner Shoe: He was a name that played his way into our attention by leading his team on both ends of the floor but particularly on the offensive side of the ball. Shoe got his team into their offensive sets, attacked the defense when the opportunity presented itself and scored the ball at a nice level.
Gate City Grizz 2022 Guard Spencer Hairston: One of the best overall scorers at the event, his shot efficiency was outstanding. He plays within the flow of the team offense but can go for a high amount of points in a small span of time. In their matchup with Team Assault he contributed over half of his teams points while shooting over 50% from the field.
WBC Elite 2025 Guard Zymir Batts: He was one of the younger guards that we saw all day but he was one of the best, showcasing his scoring and facilitating skills. He always has his eyes and head up while pushing the pace and making the right plays for his team. It’s impressive to see a player at such a young age that takes pride in getting everybody involved before looking for his own offense.
