Omari Bolden Omari Bolden 6'3" | CG Quality Education | 2022 State NC | 6’2 Shooting Guard | Big Shots Select Winston-Salem
Bolden is an emerging sharpshooter on the wing that had a solid weekend as Big Shots Select Winston-Salem took home the 17U Orange title. He put up 9.5 ppg showing off his stroke on the perimeter including 10 points in the title victory as they went on a big run to blow things up down the stretch. He’s an emerging shooter with some athleticism in his wheelhouse as well.
Patrick Malott Patrick Malott 6'1" | CG Apex | 2022 State NC | 6’1 Point Guard | No Guts No Glory
Malott has emerged well at the point guard spot for No Guts No Glory. He’s improved his handles and has done well to handle ball pressure and get his teammates in position to score the ball while still looking for his offense as well. He posted 8.3 ppg this past weekend at Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam.
Christopher Rodriguez Christopher Rodriguez 6'0" | CG Laney | 2022 State NC | 5’11 Guard | Flight 22 Wilmington
Rodriguez is a fearless guard that isn’t afraid to get downhill and score in traffic as he did for Flight 22 Wilmington this past weekend. He certainly put himself on the radar given his length and strength that he utilizes well to operate off the bounce and knock down shots. He put up 14.5 ppg this past weekend.
Bryon Byers Bryon Byers 6'5" | PF North Brunswick | 2022 State NC | 6’4 Forward | Flight 22 Wilmington
Byers was a standout in the frontcourt for Flight 22 Wilmington, pacing the scoring attack alongside Christopher Rodriguez Christopher Rodriguez 6'0" | CG Laney | 2022 State NC . He put up 8.0 ppg including double figures in their final two contests as he showed off his ability to be presence around the rim and paint area. He’s a sizeable forward with potential for colleges in need of a mobile forward.
Lenier Pocknett Lenier Pocknett 6'4" | PF New Hanover | 2022 State NC | 6’5 Forward | Flight 22 Wilmington
Pocknett is an underrated forward that’s still finding his way as a slasher and wing threat for Flight 22 Wilmington. He showed flashes of his ability to get to the rim and finish through traffic as he posted 10.8 ppg this past weekend at Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam. He’s got room to grow this spring/summer in the class.
Mikhail Pocknett Mikhail Pocknett 6'6" | PF New Hanover | 2022 State NC | 6’5 Forward | Flight 22 Wilmington
Pocknett showed off his consistency in the paint as a clean up man on the glass and back to the basket threat. He finished the weekend with 13.3 ppg including 20 points against Big Shots SC Pee Dee. He’s an underrecruited forward prospect with a ton of potential for colleges in need of a physical presence.
