DJ Boyce DJ Boyce 6'3" | CG United Faith Christian | 2024 State NC | 6’1 Guard | Team Curry
Boyce turned heads in a hurry in the Team Curry rotation this past weekend given his ability to score and defend the ball. He’s an emerging name that can get to the paint and make things happen given his strong frame and instincts. He’s a prospect worth tracking already in the 2024 class.
Micah Gilbert Micah Gilbert 6'3" | SG Charlotte Christian | 2024 NC | 6’4 Guard | Team Curry
Gilbert is a big guard prospect with a strong knack for attacking the rim for Team Curry. He’s a strong off-ball option given his ability to space the floor with his shooting and ability to get downhill and finish in traffic. Look for him to grow a ton this summer given his upside as a two-way threat.
Sir Mohammed Sir Mohammed 6'6" | SG Myers Park | 2024 State #83 Nation NC | 6’5 Forward/Wing | Team Curry
Mohammed is an emerging versatile prospect at 6-foot-5 with the ability to play multiple roles on the floor. He can battle in the paint and on the perimeter depending on matchups as he did this past weekend for Team Curry, showing his potential as rim protector, rebounder and paint presence. He wasn’t shy about spacing the floor and shooting either. He’s another name to watch and the son of Nazr Mohammed.
Jeremiah Melvin Jeremiah Melvin 6'5" | SF Cape Fear High | 2024 State NC | 6’4 Forward/Wing | Team Pressure 910
Melvin is another versatile presence on the floor that fared well in the Team Pressure 910 rotation this past weekend. He’s got nice length that he uses well to get to the rim and make an impact in the paint. As he develops his perimeter game, he’ll be an intriguing prospect to watch for Team Pressure 910 and Cape Fear High.
Xayden Watson Xayden Watson 5'11" | PG Trinity Christian | 2024 State NC | 5’9 Point Guard | Team Pressure 910
Watson is a lightning-quick floor general that knows how to set a tone on both ends with his play. He defends with a ton of pressure on the ball and turns turnovers into points in a hurry with zero hesitation. As he shows he can create off the bounce and make plays for others, look for his stock to grow in the 2024 class.
