Jarell Higgins | 5-10 F | Fruitdale HS
Higgins excels in the post and can force defenders away for an open look in the paint. He is also great at running the pick and roll for an easy bucket.
On defense, Higgins is a blocking machine. When a defender enters the post, he can swat the shot attempt away with ease.
Keandre Everett | 5-11 F | Fruitdale HS
Everett is another dominant post player from Fruitdale. The junior was a key factor in the team’s success last season.
On the offensive end, the incoming senior is a great team player that can set up an open look. He can score at the rim, too. But on defense, Everett thrives at making his man look elsewhere for a shot attempt.
Owen Hendry | 6-3 F | Millry HS
Hendry is an exceptional player that can drive to the basket with ease. When he is in the post, he can hit a sensational fade away jumper over defenders.
His defensive game may be his best skill, though. On that end of the floor, he excels at making ball handlers force their shot attempt over him. He has great court vision and can force a few turnovers each game.
Joseph Warrick | 6-2 F | Millry HS
Warrick may only be a freshman, but he has tremendous upside to his game. At 6’2″, 160-pounds, Warrick is going to be a sensational player at Millry throughout the next few years.
His freshman season was great, as he displayed some of what is to come. On offense, he can score at the rim or in the mid-range level.
TaQuinton Reed | 6-1 F | McIntosh HS
Reed enters his senior year next season. Last year, he thrived in the post hitting mid-range shots and attacking the rim.
He can snag rebounds on defense with ease and can get to the rim on offense. In late game situations, he excels at forcing defenders into him and getting to the free throw line.
