#2 Jack Parman, 6’3”, G/F, Class of 2022 – New Glarus: Good length, strong/physical, good slasher & vocal on the court; kid with a lot of upside. Physical with a strong basketball IQ; contributed off the bench for Capitol South Conference Champion New Glarus, averaging 4.2ppg. Had a game high 16pts vs Janesville Parker. Jack will bring some needed size underneath to compete with the bigger teams on the circuit. Can get to the basket while finding the open shooter on the perimeter, balanced game.
#3 Sam Johnson, 6’1”, G, Class of 2022 – Mt. Horeb: High basketball IQ player that will run the show and play the 2 this summer, consistent shooter from the outside and vocal team leader. Pass first guard with good ball handling skills & strong defender. Johnson averaged 4.2ppg with a game high 9pts vs Oregon. Shot 41.7% from three which was the 2nd highest on the team, also recorded the 2nd most steals and ranked third in assists for the Vikings this season.
#4 Ian Hinderman, 6’3”, F, Class of 2022 – Cuba City: Strong, athletic, intense player for Jerry Petitgoue and Cuba City. Very good around the rim & has strong rebounding ability. Quick leaper, long arms and very active on defense end that will cause a lot of problems. Scored a game high 11pts against Iowa Grant this past season while averaging 2.9 ppg, hampered with some injuries during the school season we are looking forward to getting Ian back 100% this summer.
#10 Carter Niles, 6’0”, G, Class of 2022 – Cuba City: good shooter off the dribble with excellent elevation on his jumper, very underrated when it comes to his outside shooting ability. He is a sleeper that is coming into his own, will definitely contribute for Coach Petitgoue next season. Scored a game of 6pts against Riverdale for the 21-3 Cuba City Cubans this past season. Lightning quick off the dribble and on the defensive end of the floor.
#11 Drew Lavold, 6’0”, G, Class of 2022 – Waunakee: Very solid defensive player, ultra-competitive, vocal/team leader on the court, strong basketball IQ. Likes to distribute the ball and look for the open man, pass first point guard who has an underrated outside game, can knock down the three with consistency. Lavold will run the point this summer and contribute at the 2 in a deep backcourt for Coach Sullivan.
#22 Devin Brabender, 6’5”, F, Class of 2022 – Wisconsin Heights: 2nd Team All-Conference selection in the Capitol South Conference. Averaged 14.6 ppg this past season for Wisconsin Heights/ Good inside/outside scorer, need to respect both, physical, hand-nosed kid & level-headed on the court for the team. Started on Varsity at a sophomore on Varsity, where he was Honorable Mention all-conference in the Capital South. Scored a season high 23 points vs New Glarus, scored in double digits in 8 of the 10 contests this past season.
#24 Mason Miller, 6’0”, G, Class of 2022 – Evansville: Honorable all-conference selection this past season in the Rock Valley, averaged 11.6 ppg this past season. Pure shooter, very consistent; quiet leader on the court who can step up to do whatever is asked of him. Hit 31 three pointers this past season while ranking 2nd in assists and 2nd in steaks for the 17-3 Blue Devils. He can get you with his quick first step and knock down open and contested jumpers in critical situations. Had 16 double digit scoring games with a season high 19 points vs Cambridge.
#43 Mason Reese, 6’0”, G, Class of 2022 – Cuba City: excellent three-point shooter, has a nose for the ball. Extremely athletic where he is a three-sport athlete at Cuba City (Basketball, Football, Baseball). Played a critical role for the 21-3 Conference Champion Cubans this past season, can score in bunches. Had a game high 13pts vs Parkview while hitting 34% of his threes on the season.
#55 Dain Walter, 6’7”, F/C, Class of 2022 – New Glarus: First team all-conference selection for Capitol South Champion Knights. Averaged 14.8ppg in his Junior campaign. Walter has an excellent feel around the basket where he utilizes his footwork to get easy baskets, sees the floor well for a big man and can knock down the jumper when needed. Dain is set to have a breakout summer for WHS.
