The new 2021 rankings are out.

This season ended up being a short AIA season, a full Grind Session season, a condensed CAA season and a longer AAU season with showcase formats.

This 2021 class has met every obstacle possible and many are still looking for their next spots after HS.

We look at the Top-10 PG’s in the 2021 class:

1. Tyrone Washington Tyrone Washington 6'4" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2021 State #33 Nation AZ Compass Prep

-A rare Top-50 unsigned player. He has guided his team to the Geico Nationals and not many have played better in the entire country.

2. Jayden Nunn Jayden Nunn 6'2" | PG Dream City Christian | 2021 State AZ Dream City

-Another rare unsigned top player. I personally feel he is one of the most underrated players in the country. He can do it all.

3. Javon Small Javon Small 6'2" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2021 State AZ Compass Prep (Pictured)

-The East Carolina commit has been terrific next to Ty  Ty all year. His defense and distributing the ball has been top notch.

4. Jalen Scott Jalen Scott 6'3" | PG Paradise Honors | 2021 State AZ Paradise Honors

-The Colorado State commit is the top passer in the AIA and was my Co-POY in 4A. He makes next level passes look easy and his shooting has dramatically improved in the last year.

Jalen Scott Jalen Scott 6'3" | PG Paradise Honors | 2021 State AZ Paradise Honors  -The Colorado State commit is the top passer in the AIA and was my Co-POY in 4A. He makes next level passes look easy and his shooting has dramatically improved in the last year.   5. Justus Jackson Justus Jackson 6'0" | PG Eduprize | 2021 State AZ Edupirze  -An athletic scorer and passer had a good season despite getting injured during the Grind Session. He is deciding which school to play for next year.    6. Brett Hardt Jr Brett Hardt Jr 6'4" | PG Phhoenix Prep | 2021 State AZ Phhoenix Prep -The DePaul commit has a great feel for the game and had many big time games during the long season in the Grind Session.   7. Simon Wheeler Simon Wheeler 5'8" | PG Bella Vista Prep | 2021 State AZ Bella Vista Prep -An IUPUI commit should be phenomenal there. He has speed on speed and can score it. Arguably the flashiest player in the state.      8. Derick Kaps Derick Kaps 6'1" | PG Highland | 2021 State AZ Highland  -A very athletic two-way player can make plays and he's another who has improved his jumper as well. Kaps will be taking a post grad year at Phillips Exeter on the East Coast.  9. Keiren Brown Keiren Brown 6'1" | PG St. Mary's | 2021 State AZ St Mary’s   -A physical PG uses his body and frame getting downhill and is a good passer. He can make a catch-3 plus post up opposing guards. He holds multiple D2 offers.  10. Ricardo Sarmiento Ricardo Sarmiento 5'11" | PG Phhoenix Prep | 2021 State AZ Phhoenix Prep -The Western New Mexico commit is a shot maker and tough on-ball defender. His pull-up is legit and he extended his range.    5 Others: 1. John Gaines John Gaines 6'2" | PG Glenview College Prep | 2021 State AZ Glenview College Prep  -A speedy ball handler with good athleticism is garnering D1-D2 interest. An exciting player in the open court can throw it down and score it on many ways.  2. Tony Elliott Jr Tony Elliott Jr 6'2" | PG Desert Mountain | 2021 State AZ Desert Mountain  -A long and lean athletic PG was impressive all year long in the AIA. His bounce, size and skill improved in the last year but his passing makes his game go.  3. Carson Kelly Carson Kelly 5'8" | PG Chandler | 2021 State AZ Chandler  -An undersized yo-yo handle scoring lead guard is a fun watch. He can score it on all levels and is tougher then he appears.  4. Jason Kimbrough Jr Jason Kimbrough Jr 6'1" | PG Mountain Pointe | 2021 State AZ Mountain Pointe  -A fast two-way guard can score it and has one of the best floaters in the class. He can shoot it, defend it and pass it.  5. Chianti Clay Jr Chianti Clay Jr 5'10" | PG Hillcrest Prep | 2021 State AZ Hillcrest Prep -Another undersized guard with volleyball line 3pt range. He has a shifty handle and gets hot in a blink of an eye.
