STRENGTHS OF HIS GAME
– Sees the floor: Smith plays with his head up and takes in the action
– 3 point shooting: He’s a solid 3 point shooter off the dribble and the catch. He must be accounted for on the perimeter by the defense.
– Can create off the dribble: Smith can put the ball on the floor, drive, and create.
– Takes pride in his defense: He’s a 2 way player that can get buckle down and get stops on the defensive end.

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
– Offensive awareness: Smith could improve in the aspect of always knowing where to go on certain plays and sets on offense.
– Shot selection: He’s a scorer at heart, but could become more efficient by cutting out some bad shots.

RECRUITMENT
Norman Smith’s recruitment is open. He’s wide open as to where he’s willing to go. In my opinion, he just wants to find his chance at the next level.
