Continuing to look at players who are in primed position to increase their stock in the rankings, in their programs, and in college coaches eyes, today we take a peak at the point guards who are primed to take a leap this spring. These guys could be coming off tremendous seasons looking to continue to the momentum, should see an expanded role in the grassroots scene, and/or waiting for their opportunity behind some great players.


Bailey Sides, 6’, Northern Valley: Sides is a stat sheet stuffer from the point guard spot who had himself a really solid season, and with a bigger stage, should be able to show his wide skill set to those around. He averaged 11.8 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and almost 3 steals per game. Sides does a good job of getting himself and his team out and running and makes smart decisions in the transition game. The point guard has a good feel for the game as well and can get going scoring the ball putting up multiple 20 plus point efforts when his team needed his scoring ability more so than playmaking. A solid three point shooter as well, he stretches the floor
