6’2 G Braxton Hawkins Braxton Hawkins 6'2" | SG Lehi | 2023 State UT , Mountain Stars
Braxton has a chance to make an impact this next year coming off of a State Championship, but Braxton was on a team that was heavy on guards. Braxton can play. He is a player that can score from the outside as a spot up shooter or a kick out shooter. He can also break defenders down off the dribble. He keeps it simple and he is effective. Braxton can handle the ball and run the PG position as well. Braxton will have a great opportunity to play with a talented team that will give him opportunities to play his game.
6’6 W/SF Brock Felder Brock Felder 6'8" | SF Parowan | 2023 State UT , Utah Prospects
Brock is a sleeper athlete that has a great motor. Brock can fly up and down the floor and his motor allows him to extend plays as he crashes the “O” boards with precision. Brock pull’s down boards and finishes with toughness as he can get through contact. Although he might not hang out beyond the arc launching three’s he is solid and consistent from 15 feet. That includes that short corner shot. hat places a lot of stress on defenders as he can blow by and get a dunk with ease. Defensively he defends bigger players and he holds his own on switches. Look for him to gain valuable experience that will help him get to the next level.
6’5 W Bowen Hammer Bowen Hammer 6'8" | CG Fairmont Prep Academy | 2023 CA-S , Salt Lake Metro
Bowen is a sleeper prospect out of Snow Canyon High School. Bowen is an athlete that can play. Played mostly JV but this kid is next up and he will help Snow Canyon as well as Salt Lake Metro with his scoring ability. He is another player that does a little bit of everything. Defensively he has the ability to really pick it up. Look for Bowen to catch some eyes.
6’5 F David Calvert David Calvert 6'6" | PF Fremont | 2023 State UT , Utah Premier
David is a strong bruised that finishes with toughest under the basket and under the rim. He has a knack for the ball. On the defensive end he uses his body well to push out defenders to position himself to gather boards or simply keep his man off the boards with great though. On the offensive glass he gets around and isn’t easy to move. He is a hard player to box out. Will be a strong player for Utah Premier even if he is not always getting buckets. David does those little things that keeps him on the floor.
6’6 SF Dai’Shaun Wilkerson-Buie, Salt Lake Rebels
Dai’Shaun was forced to grow up quickly as he found himself starting for a 6A program with limited experience. Throughout the season he gained a lot of experience. With some bounce and a solid left hand this is the Spring and Summer for him to work on his craft. Dai’Shaun has natural strength that allows him to hold his own at a young age against some bigs. Dai’Shaun needs to work on his skills going right as a left hander. He is great going over his right shoulder but he could add some post moves and get more consistent.
