Marque Wilkerson Marque Wilkerson 6'1" | SG Topeka West | 2021 State KS , 6’1 Guard, Topeka West: Wilkerson’s accent to the top of the 2021 class has been exciting, going from a traditional role player for West to an electric guard earning a ton of post season accolades and helping lead the team to a State Championship appearance. He averaged 17.1 points, 3.5 assists, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game earning All City League, Co player of the year in the Centennial League, and All State Honors. Talent wise, a terrific guard for the next level with his burst, finishing ability, and handle.
Jerrod Gillett, 6’ Guard, Rock Hills: Gillett is an elite level shooter, and one of the better shooters in small town hoops in Kansas. He was a 1st team All NPL League selection this year, as not only can he shoot the ball well from deep, but he has a strong athletic frame that allows him to be a tough nosed defensive player and a good rebounder from the guard spot. He has a high basketball IQ and plays the game the right way. Schools looking for a high level shooter and smart basketball player, Gillett can fill that void.
Luke Williams Luke Williams 6'0" | PG Olathe South | 2021 State KS , 5’11 Point Guard, Olathe South: Averaging 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists per game, the floor general for Olathe South put together an All League campaign. He has a good change of pace, gets into the lane off the bounce, and has a nice floater and finishing game at the rim to compliment his handle. Interest has started to grow with Williams at the next level, and he should be a nice 4 year point guard to groom into a team leader at the next level.
Will Rau Will Rau 6'4" | SF Veritas | 2021 State KS , 6’3 Guard/Wing, Veritas Christian: A top level scorer for Veritas Christian the last two years, as he continued to develop his ability to score in a variety of ways. He is great at getting to his spots in the mid range off the dribble and knocking down pull ups. He was a bonafide tough shot maker throughout his career at Veritas and this season averaged 24.5 points per game shooting 60% from the field. He can knock down shots from the 3 point line but its an area where he can get his percentages up as he shot 30% this season from behind the arc. He lived in the mid range and paint though this season and shot it at a high clip from those spots.
Josh Jordan Josh Jordan 6'3" | CG Salina South | 2021 State KS , 6’ Guard, Salina South: One of the members of the dynamic backcourt at South with Devon Junghans Devon Junghans 5'9" | PG Salina South | 2021 State KS , Jordan has grown his game so much in his 4 years of high school basketball. He has the athletic talent and ability to be a really good college guard, and he has rounded out his skill as well. He has a good burst off the bounce, his shooting ability has sky rocketed, and his playmaking ability with the ball mixed with his athletic traits make him a multi faceted off ball guard. He averaged 15 points, 2.7 assists, and 5.4 rebounds per game this season while shooting 33% from 3 and 51% from 2.
