With several big-time players littered throughout this game between the Rams of Ramsey out of Birmingham vs. The Generals of Lee from Huntsville.
Here is a list of guys who should have a major impact on the outcome of this game.
Ramsay:
Keshawn Murphy Keshawn Murphy 6'10" | SF Ramsay | 2021 State #152 Nation AL , 6’9, PF: The big man has been exceptional all season long from bigtime performances to literally tearing rims out of the ceiling. He looks to cap off his high school career like every senior dream of with a State Championship.
Kerrington Kiel Kerrington Kiel 6'6" | SG Ramsay | 2023 State AL : 6’7, PF: This young prospect has been impressive all season long. Playing alongside a “Mr. Basketball” candidate has shown that the Rams are in good hands for the next few years to come.
PJ Davis Jr., 6’3 CG: A downright lockdown defender who can harass the other team’s ball-handler. He has been the glue from the Rams all season long and should help them reach their goal.
Lee-Huntsville:
Kaleb Brown Kaleb Brown 6'5" | CG Lee-Huntsville | 2021 State AL , 6’5 CG: He has been leading the Generals all season long with his high level play. The move to 5A this season could prove to be a blessing if he can help his team complete the task.
Taye Fields Taye Fields 6'3" | CG Lee-Huntsville | 2021 State AL , 6’3 CG, The uber-athletic wing has been eating up running lanes and knocking down transition 3’s all year and with another big performance could lead to a state championship with his team.
Jacari Lane Jacari Lane 5'11" | NA lbs | PG Lee-Huntsville | 2022 State #NA Nation AL , 5’10 PG: The smooth and crafty pg has been controlling the pace for the generals all season long and making sure everyone is doing what is needed to win. Watch for him to be one of the catalysts if a blue map is to be had.
