Salt Lake Rebels
The Rebels had multiple teams fly down to Miami to compete and they had a great showing. Tyler Burraston Tyler Burraston 6'4" | SG Corner Canyon | 2022 State UT Class of 2022 guard out of Corner Canyon was tough from deep providing the Rebels with a major long ball threat. This means he is gaining experience that can carry over to his high school as they will have some open spots to fill next season. Dylan Jones Dylan Jones 6'6" | SG Westlake | 2022 State UT Class of 2022 of Pleasant Grove is a player that was also filling it up from deep. Dylan had an excellent junior year as he was part of one of the best teams in all of 6A. Look for him to continue to light it up this Spring/Summer. Andre Cooper from Cottonwood High School is a smart quick and strong PG that gets to his spots and gets other teammates open as well. McCaden Adams McCaden Adams 6'3" | CG Pleasant Grove | 2022 State UT another 2022 sleeper has size and can score the ball and that is what he did in Miami. 6’8 Jaxon Heiden Jaxon Heiden 6'9" | PF Alta | 2022 State UT out of Alta High School also played well as he is athletic and rebounds the ball.
Kongo Basketball Club
Kongo made the trip to Miami as well and they got better. Kongo was led by 6’6 CG Henry Ihrig who just does so much more than score. He defended and also got into double figures against good competition in Miami. Kongo has a lot of talented players that came through for them as they went 3-1 on the weekend.
