Poplar Bluff will be much smaller than Chaminade, but they will not back down to the challenge, especially on its home court. (Prediction: Chaminade)
Kickapoo at Waynesville: The talented Chiefs squad are looking to take one step closer to their ultimate goal after their big victory over Nixa in Tuesday’s sectionals. Looking to play the spoiler role is an improved Waynesville team led by its backcourt of Xay McArthur and Mike Lewis. (Prediction: Kickapoo)
Troy at Fort Zumwalt North: The first meeting between these two teams went down to the last second with Zumwalt North taking a 52-50 lead. This is a game on big contrasts as Zumwalt North has size with its 6’7″, 6’6″ and 6’10″ lineup while Troy will counter with its crew of accomplished 3-point shooters. (Prediction: Fort Zumwalt North)
Liberty at Lee’s Summit: Both teams are coming off impressive sectional victories over highly regarded teams on Tuesday night. Liberty defeated Staley while Lee’s Summit improved its big turnaround season with a win over Blue Springs. Liberty got 27 points from talented 2022 Bennett Stirtz in the victory over Staley. Lee’s Summit is junior dominated, but the Tigers want to jump the shark this season. (Prediction: Liberty)
