2024 Rankings Review: #11-#20

Here are 10 freshmen that have been impressive this season and most importantly they have loads of potential. Keep an eye on these players. If they work hard and have a productive spring/summer they could break into the top 10 in our next rankings.
Here is a look at prospects 11-20:
11. Carson Haerer Carson Haerer 6'0" | PG Bottineau | 2024 State ND (2024) |5-10 G| Bottineau – He is an excellent marksman from 3-point land. Carson has a quality-looking shot. He is a sparkplug on the court. For a young guard, he is a good rebounder because of his hustle and instincts. Carson is a crafty finisher around the basket.
12. Tyson Wick Tyson Wick 6'2" | PG Hazen | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-1 G| Hazen – He is a very smart player who competes and plays hard. Tyson is good at getting in gaps. He can finish with a soft floater. His 3-point shooting has improved as the year has gone on. Tyson shoots it soft, and he has an easy release.
13. Carter Vrchota Carter Vrchota 6'1" | SG Central Cass | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-0 G| Central Cass – “Fearless” is the best way to describe this young shooter. Carter will get off the bench cold and he almost always seems to make the first shot he takes. I love the confidence he plays and shoots with. He has solid handles, and he is a creative finisher.
14. Jake Shobe Jake Shobe 6'1" | SG Dickinson Trinity | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-0 G| Dickinson Trinity – He is not afraid to shoot the ball when the game is on the line. Jake shoots left-handed and he has a smooth-looking shot. Jake plays like a mature guard with refined skills.
15. Dalen Leftbear Dalen Leftbear 6'3" | SF FourWinds/Minnewaukan | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-1 G| Four Winds/Minnewaukan –He is a nice athlete that is effective in transition. Dalen is skilled with both hands when he has the rock. He is a confident player that that will be another great guard for the Indians.
16. Weston Zacher Weston Zacher 6'8" | PF Grant County/Mott-Regent | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-6 F| Grant County – He is strong, thick, and a powerful post player. Weston has good hands and a nice touch around the rim when finishing. He ia a capable shooter out to 20 feet. Weston has the potential to be a dominant force around the basket.
17. Luke Martinson Luke Martinson 6'4" | PF Sargent County | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-4 F| Sargent County – He is very physical for a freshmen post player. He is not afraid to mix it up with bigger older players. Luke has solid shooting from and the base to be a real shooting threat. I liked his post moves with his back to the basket. He will be a force in Region-1 for the next three years.
18. Hunter Hoffman Hunter Hoffman 6'4" | PF Center-Stanton | 2024 State ND (2024) |6-4 F| Center-Stanton – He shoots the ball very well out to the 3-point arc. Hunter has developed effective post moves. He is a hard worker, and he is always trying to improve his game. There is a large amount of upside for Mr. Hoffman.
19. Jace Jochim Jace Jochim 6'2" | SG Linton/HMB | 2024 State ND (2024) |5-11 G| Linton/HMB – He plays the game the right way. His shot is straight out of the shooting manual, it looks perfect. Jace is a high-level shooter from beyond the arc. I expect him to put up big numbers next year for the Lions. Jace also has a smooth and effective floater/runner. He is a self-confident player that does what it takes to win.
20. Cameron Opp Cameron Opp 5'10" | SG Lisbon | 2024 ND (2024) |5-11 G| Lisbon – He is a strong athletic backcourt player. Cameron is a strong well-built freshman. He has the potential to be a great shooter. Cameron gained valuable experience this season and will be one of the best youngsters in Region-1 next year.
