Teams around Kansas with snow days and make up days due to quarantines are either going through the ringer now or about to with their schedules playing multiple games in a short period of time. Today we look at some of the teams who really took advantage of the multiple games over the weekend and found success. 


Basehor-Linwood’s 2-0 Weekend

The Bobcats picked up two double digit dominant wins over the weekend with wins over Leavenworth and Shawnee Heights.


Carter Bergman, 6’2 Guard, 2022: Bergman was big time in the 3rd quarter of the game Saturday against Shawnee Heights, scoring 10 points in the quarter and put on a moving without the ball show. He moves really well into open gaps and is a really solid cutter, and his teammates do a good job of trusting him and hitting him in good spots.


Ty Hofer, 6’4 Guard, 2022: Hofer has really picked up his play since the Winter Break, shooting over 50% from 3 since that time. Confidence has always been his biggest set back but he is playing as confident as ever and making teams pay from distance. He hit 5 three pointers on
