KJ Reid KJ Reid 6'2" | SG Social Circle | 2022 State GA made a statement with his 26-point outburst. He’s a wiry lefty that is a jump shooter. Reid nailed five threes and consistently showed the ability to make things happen off the dribble and score from the mid-range. With his shot-making, Reid could end up being a nice prospect by his senior season.
2022 5-9 PG Tyrhell Branch – Social Circle
A strong compact guard, Branch handled the primary ball handling duties for Social Circle. He kept his dribble alive as he probed the defense, looking for them to collapse before finding open teammates on the perimeter. Branch is a strong three-point shooter and a foul magnet. He went 13-18 from the line as he poured in 24 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.
2022 6-1 W Cam Gaither – Social Circle
Cam Gaither brought energy on the perimeter for Social Circle. He balanced his scoring by attacking at all three levels. The lefty was the perfect compliment alongside Reid and Branch. When the defense focused on stopping the dynamic duo, it was Gaither who would either slash to the basket or hit shots from outside.
2022 6-7 PF Jake McTaggart Jake McTaggart 6'6" | C Hayesville | 2022 State NC – Towns County
College programs will want to circle Jake McTaggart Jake McTaggart 6'6" | C Hayesville | 2022 State NC ’s name. New to Georgia, McTaggart is a skilled forward with a bruising college-ready body. He’s capable of stretching the floor and taking his man off the dribble. On Tuesday, McTaggart’s signature move was a spin middle where he would shoot over top the defense. He’s a physical presence with upside.
2021 6-1 PG Kolby Moss – Towns County
A recent offeree of Young Harris, Kolby Moss is a well-balanced scorer. He uses great body control and nifty finishes in traffic to put points on the board. He can use either hand and can score through contact. He has a high release on his jump shot and can score from the mid-range. Moss moves well without the ball and competes at a high level on the glass.
2021 5-10 PG Kabe Ellis – Towns County
Kabe Ellis caught my eye with his foot speed and overall quickness. When he wanted to, he easily was able to shift his defender off balance and get to his spots in the mid-range. Ellis has a good-looking shot and can create separation on the perimeter. He’s a sneaky good guard for smaller schools.
