Kaleb Mitchell Kaleb Mitchell 6'9" | C Denver Prep | 2022 AZ 6’9- Fountain Fort-Carson
Kaleb is a player who I got to see a bit of this summer and since then he has taken big leaps into the right direction. Kaleb overall is looking way more confident, he is assertive when finishing inside and even has thrown down some big dunks. Also Kalebs size and reach allow him to be one of the top shot blockers in the state, getting 2 blocks a game. Kaleb also is a constant lob and putback threat. Kaleb is someone to look out for with Fountain-Fort Carson looking like a team who could make a good run in the playoffs.
Assane Diop Assane Diop 6'10" | PF Belleview Christian | 2023 State #107 Nation CO 6’10- Belleview Christian
Assane Diop Assane Diop 6'10" | PF Belleview Christian | 2023 State #107 Nation CO is one the most interesting prospects we have had in Colorado in a long time. He is a true 6’10 but plays like a combo-guard and big man at the same time. He is putting up a crazy stat line of 15.4 points, 6.8 assists, 18.2 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and 6.8 blocks per game, yes this a real stat line from a 6’10 player! Assane is just on a whole other level compared to the 1A competition he is playing but we have seen him do this against the best of the best. He can literally do a bit of everything on the floor, should be on mid to high major college coaches radars.
James Shiers James Shiers 7'1" | C Mead | 2022 State CO 7’0- Mead
James Shiers James Shiers 7'1" | C Mead | 2022 State CO is one of, if not the biggest player in Colorado. James has had one of the most impressive seasons so far leading the number one 4A team to an undefeated record this year. So far this season he is putting up 16.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks a game. This season James has shown off his his height by being a force in the paint on the defensive end, he blocks shots but also scares players away from the paint with size. He also finishes very well in the paint throwing down lots of dunks. James is a player with high upside, he moves the floor real well for a seven footer and has a good jumpshot, I am sure some more offers are coming his way soon.
Ty Adam 6’8- Severance
Ty Adam is a name I had not heard much of before this off season and he has came onto the scene strong. As only a sophomore he is putting up big numbers, 18.6 points, 1.8 steals, and 9.4 rebounds a game. Ty is an elite athlete who runs the floor better then most guys his size, he also can get up for dunks which can change the momentum for his team. His athleticism also allows him to guard almost position on the floor. Ty also has very good footwork inside the paint, allowing him to dominate inside. Ty is a player with high upside and is definitely on my radar.
