The NCISAA Playoffs second round matchups are set for tomorrow. In the 1A East, Victory Christian Center is the No. 1 seed and will host Lee Christian School. Cape Fear Christian Academy is the favorite on the West to come out on top. Keep an eye on Greenfield School at the No. 2 seed though out of the East.
Northwood Temple Academy will have their hands full with Thales Academy in the 2A East as the No. 1 seed, then there’s No. 2 Trinity Academy and No. 3 Wayne Country Day School to worry about as well. This might be the most exciting section of the state playoffs. The Burlington School is the top seed in the West and a team to keep an eye on is No. 3 Westminster Catawba Christian.
In the 3A, Concord Academy has emerged as the top seed in the West and High Point Christian Academy is the top seed in the East. It’s been so far so good for the top seeds but keep an eye on Gaston Christian School in the West and Cape Fear Academy in the East.
In the 4A, Carmel Christian School is the top seed in the West and Greensboro Day School is the top seed in the East. Both will have a tough road to get to the final. Charlotte Christian School is the #4 seed in the West and lost by a point to Carmel Christian during the regular season. Metrolina Christian Academy is also peaking at the right time.
