With the state playoffs on the horizon there are some teams and players peaking at the right time. Let’s take a look at some of those guards you might not be able to find on the top of the statistical categories.

6’0 G Noah Madsen, Westlake High School

Noah has been really impressive as he has stepped up his game since their first game against Corner Canyon. He is putting up about 16 points a game. He is scoring in various ways. The impressive aspect of his game is that he moves without the basketball with a purpose. He gets to spots where he can score and he has a quick first step. Noah plays defense and creates easy offense for himself and his team. Nice 2021 prospect that plays with a high motor.

6’4 W Chance Trujillo, Davis High School

Chance is also one of those under the radar players that does it all. He’s putting up 18 PPG in his last 4 games and he is just playing on both ends of the floor. One of the things you will not see in the stats column is his defense that he plays against 1-5 players on opposing teams.
