Paul McNeil Paul McNeil 6'6" | SG Richmond County | 2024 State #172 Nation NC | 6’7 Forward/Wing | Richmond Senior
McNeil is having a productive freshman campaign in the Richmond Senior frontcourt. He’s producing 16.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 3.1 apg and 1.3 bpg through seven contests so far in 2020-21. He posted a career-high 31 points on 12-of-17 shooting from the field and 4-of-6 shooting from 3-point range in a victory against Hoke County back on Jan. 2. He’s an emerging name to track early in the class with his ability to score it on all three levels and protect the rim.
Brandon Ihle Brandon Ihle 6'3" | SF Middle Creek | 2024 State NC | 6’3 Guard/Wing | Middle Creek
Ihle is finding his way in the Middle Creek rotation in his freshman season. He’s knocked nine 3-pointers across eight games while also putting up 10.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.5 spg in the backcourt. He’s already posted a few double-figure scoring games, showing off his ability to move well without the ball and create off the bounce. He’s got a bright future in the Mustangs lineup.
Jaylen Sturdivant Jaylen Sturdivant 6'4" | CG Hoke | 2024 State NC | 6’0 Guard | Hoke County
Sturdivant is making waves on the varsity stage at Hoke County. He’s a guard that likes to shoot with volume from behind the arc and rebound in bunches. He’s put up 8.0 ppg and 3.3 rpg in his first season in the Hoke County rotation. They’re a young bunch but he’s managed to be a consistent contributor in the rotation in his debut season.
Maurio Hanson Maurio Hanson 6'7" | PF JL Chambers | 2024 State NC | 6’6 Forward | Vance
Hanson is another prospect in the 2024 class that’s already turning heads at Vance High School. He’s a prospect with good instincts as a rim protector and paint presence already, posting 6.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg and 1.0 bpg through their first four games of the young season. He’s an emerging name to keep eyes on with his ability to defend multiple positions and create from the wing.
Zion Collins Zion Collins 6'4" | PG Word of God | 2025 State NC | 6’3 Guard | Hillside
Collins is a prospect that’s shown good potential in the Hillside rotation. He’s averaging 6.3 ppg and 2.6 rpg through their 8-3 record to the 2020-21 season. He’s got the ability to be a factor with and without the ball in his hands and as he learns to be an impact player at all times, he’s one to keep eyes on in the Durham area.
