Issac Ticeson SF 6’5 Eastside Catholic Class 2021 3 and D wing that can defend and rebound. Point Loma Nazarene got a steal in Ticeson and he should help the Sealion get to the NCAA Divison 2 Sweet 16.   2. Noel Davis PG 5’10 O’Dea High School Class 2024 Davis is a quick, crafty guard that is a shot taker and a shot-maker. One of the tougher freshmen to guard off the dribble in the state.   3.
