Okemos
Christian Brilliantes (2022, PG)
Brilliantes was an energy player, always the first man back on defense. He was steady enough with the ball that I wanted every possession to start with the ball in his hands in the 4th quarter.
KJ Rai KJ Rai 6'4" | SF Okemos | 2021 State MI (2021, PF)
Rai did the dirty work for Okemos. He played help defense in the paint and was a very active screener up top.
Jaden Pruitt (2022, PF)
Pruitt caught entry passes with his back to the basket and physically backed his man down. He showed a nice spin move into the lane. Pruitt did a nice job drawing contact and getting to the free throw line.
Will Young (2022, CG)
Young showed some blow by ability in this game. He recognized mismatches and took advantage of them. Young was able to score from multiple levels.
River Rouge
Keyshawn Devlin Keyshawn Devlin 5'11" | CG River Rouge | 2021 State MI (2021, PG)
Devlin was quick and decisive with the ball in his hands. His mid range game impressed me, especially his quick pull up jumper.
Legend Geeter Legend Geeter 6'7" | PF River Rouge | 2021 State MI (2021, PF)
Geeter looked like a leader on the floor. He was directing traffic on both ends of the floor. Geeter was strong backing down his defender and establishing himself close to the rim. He was smart and efficient offensively and also looked very comfortable working the baseline.
Jalen Holly (2022, PG)
Holly was really solid on the defensive end of the floor. He stayed low and wide on D, not giving the ball handler any room to work.
Traverse City St. Francis
Wyatt Nausadis Wyatt Nausadis 6'4" | PG Traverse City St. Francis | 2023 State MI (2023, PG)
Nausadis is as advertised. He did a nice job keeping his team settled in a big game. He was the go to ball handler and was comfortable reading screens and working off of them. Nausadis was a plus defender that brought energy to that end.
Casey Donahue (2021, F)
Donahue played with some aggression and confidence. He showed that he could catch a pass in mid range and attack the rim on a 2 dribble drive.
