Nolan Hickman Nolan Hickman 6'2" | PG Eastside Catholic | 2021 #29 Nation UT , Wasatch Academy
The next level PG who is a native of Washington (state) has been as impressive as advertised. His ability to control the tempo and make sure that his team is plying t the pace that they need to play is at the highest level you can get. Nolan takes care of the ball as he can handle the basketball the entire court. With the level of competition that the faces it is always important to have ball handlers. Nolan is not just a PG that distributes he can score. While he has great vision and he knows how to put the ball in the right places for all of his teammates, he can score. When you have to defend someone and have no clue what they will do, it almost makes it impossible to defend him. Nolan can break defenders down and get all the way to the rim and finish amongst the best shot blockers in the country. His 15-foot and in packages are elite and he can score from deep. Nolan is one of the most calm and collected players out there. Nolan Hickman Nolan Hickman 6'2" | PG Eastside Catholic | 2021 #29 Nation UT will attend The University of Kentucky.
Jake Wahlin Jake Wahlin 6'8" | SF Timpview | 2021 State #150 Nation UT , Timpview High School
What an accomplishment for Jake as he has basically played every position at the high school level and still be seen as a future next level prospect. While Jake excels in high school and we are starting to get a glimpse of hw good he is and how he does so many things that might not show up on the stat sheet, Jake was stellar playing club basketball. Jake is a true wing that can play 1-3 at the next level. Jake has been shooting the ball well and he runs the floor into areas were he can score. His ability to get to the basket and finish is at an elite level. Jake has has underrated passing skills. The really eye popping aspect of his game is his rebounding ability and how he can push the ball on the break. Jake has signed to play basketball at Brigham Young University.
Lawson Lovering, Cheyenne High School (WY)
Lawson Lovering has been hard to miss for sometime because he is a tall lanky center. The now 7’0 C out of Wyoming has been turning heads with his rebounding and shot altering and shot blocking ability. What has made him one of the top prospects in the country was the way his game has grown. If you do not put a body on Lawson he will fly in and get a put-back dunk on a rebound. He is tough with his ability to score on the blocks because he can go over both shoulders. He keeps the ball high and he can use the glass or hit jump hooks straight-on. Lawson still has a lot of growth left in him when it comes to playing at a high level. He has been working on his mid-range/15 foot jumpers, but he has been working on his outside game as well. Lawson has signed with Colorado University.
