Feb. 6 / Norris (13-1) vs. Mount Michael (15-1)
This may not only be a top 3 matchup of Class B teams, but a matchup of Top 5 teams in the state. Both teams have been on a tear as of late, with Norris winning the EMC Conference Tournament last week and Mount Michael being undefeated against teams in Nebraska this year, as their only loss is to St. Joseph Lafayette in MO. Both teams have a tough schedule to end the regular season, and whoever wins this matchup will do it with a #1 ranking next to their name.

Feb. 6 / Wahoo (13-4) vs. Beatrice (13-5)
Another Top 10 matchup happening in Wahoo on a Saturday night in February is no surprise to anyone who has followed High School Basketball in Nebraska. This time it’s #7 Beatrice who heads into town to take on the #6 team in Class C1. Beatrice is coming off a tough week that saw them lose to Norris and Plattview, but prior to that they had won 7 straight games, including against #3 Kearney Catholic. Wahoo is in a similar position where they are 2-2 in their last 4 games with both losses coming to top tier Class B teams. This will be a great matchup between two historic programs.
