DeJuan Campbell DeJuan Campbell 6'1" | PG Kecoughtan | 2022 State VA | 6’1” PG | 522 Warriors 2022
Campbell has been a big time standout at the CBG Series, and he went out in the Finale with possibly his best game to date against a very talented and tough CBG Wildcats group. He put on an absolute clinic as he ran the show and made everyone on his team better, he set the tone and brought it on both ends and he picked his spots and scored it efficiently at will. He finished with an impressive double-double of 19 points and 11 assists on 50% shooting from the floor and just 3 turnovers, and he stuffed the stat sheet with 5 rebounds and 7 steals as well.
Kenny Page | 5’10” PG | 522 Warriors 2022
Page is the Warrior’s x-factor as he’s a microwave scoring guard that can get it going and provide them an extra punch in the backcourt with his playmaking ability. He’s a shifty and quick guard that can get in the lane at will, gets hot quickly and can shoot it from deep with consistency as well. He finished with 16 points and 3 assists in the win, and always was there to provide a spark when his team needed him to.
Vincent Cousins | 6’7” PF | 522 Warriors 2021
Cousins is one of the top available big men in the 757 and showed a lot of the versatility and tools that make him so impressive, along with a lot of upside as he should get better and better with time. He has good length and is a high level athlete that allows him to finish above the rim and rebound at a high rate, he has a solid skill set that includes good touch and the ability to put it on the deck and he is a walking mismatch with his size, athleticism and skill set. He finished with 10 points and 9 rebounds as well 2 blocks and 2 assists.
Justin Bass | 6’0” WG | 522 Warriors 2023
Bass is another x-factor for the Warriors as the sophomore guard brings great energy to his group with the ability to fill it up in bunches as well. The 6’0” guard was lights out as he showed the ability to move without the ball and find himself in the right place at the right time, and he was great at attacking closeouts and making plays for others once he started making shots as well. He finished with 17 points on 6-for-13 shooting from the field and 3-for-7 from deep, and pitched in 3 assists as well.
Jadon Pace | 6’3” WF | 522 Warriors 2023
Pace is an intriguing young prospect who could blossom into one of the best players in the Peninsula District as he continues to improve moving forward. The 6’3” wing is long and likely still growing, and he has a budding skillset that will improvement trends toward him being a very good 3-and-d prospect when it’s all said and done. He hit three shots from behind the arc and showed that he can defend multiple positions and use his length to cause havoc on the defensive end.
Jaden Daughtry Jaden Daughtry 6'6" | SF Benedictine College Prep | 2022 VA | 6’5” WF | CBG Wildcats 2022
The Class 5 Region B player of the year showed why he’s one of the most recruited guys in the state as he was highly productive throughout the day and plays with a great motor on both ends of the floor. He has a great frame and athleticism that allows him to get downhill and finish though contact, he finishes well on both ends of the floor and he’s a very underrated playmaker as he sees the floor and delivers good passes when the defense collapses. He finished with 21 points and 8 rebounds in their loss to the Warriors.
Davien Banks Davien Banks 6'2" | SG LC Bird | 2022 State VA | 6’2” WG | CBG Wildcats 2022
Banks may not be the most well known guy on a very talented Wildcats team but he was great off the bench for them providing a spark with his shooting ability and high IQ on both ends. The 6’2” off guard is always in the right place at the right time, moves well without the ball and doesn’t force things on the offensive end as he showed he can score from multiple levels. He finished with 11 points off the bench going 5-for-9 from the field.
Marcus Allen | 5’11” PG | CBG Wildacts 2022
Another guy that provided a big time spark off the bench for the Wildcats, Allen is an x-factor for this group as he comes in and provides great energy on both ends of the floor. He flew all over the place in their press getting deflections and steals, he pushed the tempo and made good reads in transition and every time he entered the game they seemed to go on a solid run. He finished with 4 rebounds and 4 assists and did a lot of things that didn’t show up in the stat sheet as well.
Keyontae Lewis Keyontae Lewis 6'7" | PF LC Bird | 2022 State VA | 6’8” C | CBG Wildcats 2022
Lewis is a throwback kind of big man who dominates in the paint with his size and big frame, but couples that with good hands and soft touch in the paint as well. Lewis battled in the paint all game long and did a good job flashing and sealing, boxing out and rebounding and catching and finishing multiple tough passes that were thrown to him. He dealt with foul trouble but he finished with 7 points on 3-for-4 shooting and they were much better when he was in the game than when he wasn’t.
