Treysen Eaglestaff Treysen Eaglestaff 6'5" | SF Bismark | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-5 F| Bismarck – New Rank #2 Previous Ranking #4
23.4 ppg, 6 rpg, 2.6 apg, 35 3FG%, and 77 FT%. Treysen has scored the most points so far this season in the WDA. He is the most gifted player offensively in the WDA. Treysen dropped 39 points and 7 three-pointers in a game earlier in the season. He has the length and athleticism for college ball. As a junior his shot looks like he is ready for D1 basketball. Treysen has masterful footwork and an amazing feel for the game.
Carson Hegerle Carson Hegerle 6'3" | SG West Fargo | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-4 G| West Fargo – New Rank #4 Previous Ranking #5
19.1 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 3.6 apg, and 37 3FG%. Carson had a memorable performance offensively earlier this season with 36-points against Davies. He is a D1-level athlete. I have witnessed multiple thunderous/electric dunks this year from Carson. He is almost impossible to keep out of the lane when he gets downhill. Carson is a dynamic finisher and is dangerous in transition. He has the potential to be an elite defender.
Michael Nhial Michael Nhial 6'7" | SF West Fargo Sheyenne | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-6 F| West Fargo Sheyenne – New Rank #7 Previous Ranking #11
7.8 ppg, 4.3 rpg, and 37 3FG%. Michael has a sweet stroke from the outside. He has the ability to be a prolific scorer. Michael shoots with excellent elevation and a high release. He has great handles and can finish with both hands around the cup. Michael has an extensive wingspan. He had a monster jam earlier this season that every basketball fan needs to see. The upside for Michael is limitless.
Brett Limke Brett Limke 6'1" | PG West Fargo | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-1 G| West Fargo – New Rank #9 Previous Ranking #12
13.9 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 4.1 apg, 40 3FG%, and 90 FT%. I watched him knock down six 3-pointers in a game this season. Brett has great ball skills and a killer-crossover. He shoots it with great flow and balance. As a point guard, he plays calm, cool, and collected. I like that he never seems to get rattled or rushed. Brett has crafty footwork and finishing ability when scoring in the lane around “BIGS”.
Dominic Dosmann Dominic Dosmann 6'8" | PF WF Sheyenne | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-8 F| West Fargo Sheyenne – New Rank #12 Previous Ranking #17
6 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 2.8 apg. He plays behind two All-State players. Dominic must get challenged more in practice than he does in games. I love his effort on the glass, especially on O-boards. This lefty has a knack for finishing around the rim. Dominic’s upside is massive. He looks like he will continue to grow. I expect him to become a solid midrange shooter and to improve his post-moves.
Evan Gross Evan Gross 6'3" | SG Bismarck St. Mary's | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-3 G| Bismarck St. Mary’s – New Rank #14 Previous Rank #20
9.9 ppg and 5.8 rpg. Evan is a competitive athlete with a long wingspan. He is a high-quality shooter with a beautiful follow-through. Evan has active hands that result in deflections and steals. He moves well and gets up and down the court quickly. Evan is developing into a great prospect.
Carter Englund Carter Englund 6'7" | PF Shiloh Christian | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-6 F| Shiloh Christian – New Rank #19 Previous Ranking #28
A long athletic player that is a jack-of-all-trades. Carter can do it all. He has a soft finishing touch. He can hit 3-pointers. Carter excels at rebounding and scores many of his points on put-backs. I like his shot-blocking ability. Because of his length and athleticism, he is a versatile and problematic defender. He can score with his back to the basket and by slashing into the lane.
Paul Olson Paul Olson 6'3" | SF Kindred | 2022 State ND (2022) (6-4 G| Kindred – New Rank #24 Previous Ranking #32
11.1 ppg, 3.6 rpg, and 55.3 FG%. Paul is an exciting athlete who is no stranger to dunks and alley-oops. He is a thrilling basketball player on offense and defense. Paul is a capable 3-point shooter. I like his finishing ability. He is at his best when penetrating and when he gets 2 feet in the lane. He is another player with tremendous potential.
