Region 4 teams seem to be in control of the top spots regardless of their win loss record because everyone in Region 4 is good. Unless a team completely falls off those teams might control the top spots for some time. Region 1 has a battle on their hands with the two top teams. Region 2 could get interesting in 2nd half of games but is controlled by one team right now. Region 3 is tougher than most might think but there is a battle by the two top teams that could go either way.
