The high school season is slowly coming to a halt in the state of North Carolina and with that, an update to the 2022 rankings has been made. Here’s a look at Part I of the New Faces in the 2022 rankings.

Chance MorrowChanceMorrow6'6" | SFWest Charlotte | 2022StateNC: No. 21

Morrow’s best days of basketball are ahead of him given his length and ability at 6-foot-5. He’s a long, wiry prospect that likes to attack the paint and finish with authority at the rim but he’s also not shy about showing he can knock down shots on the perimeter and then some. He’s quite the junior prospect, putting up 14.6 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.6 bpg, 1.6 apg and 1.0 spg in the West Charlotte rotation this season.

Lewis DuarteLewisDuarte6'6" | CGVictory Christian Center | 2022StateNC: No. 37

Victory Christian Center has made a ton of noise in the NCISAA this season and Lewis DuarteLewisDuarte6'6" | CGVictory Christian Center | 2022StateNC is one of the reasons for that. He’s a 6-foot-5 wing prospect that has a ton of athleticism at his disposal when attacking off the bounce and he uses it well to get results. He gets it going on all three levels and has made an impact in the rotation
