2021: UNSIGNED and No Postseason – Part 2

This past year is something we will never forget that for sure Covid-19. I feel so bad for the kids that had to make so many sacrifices and losing out on being kid in high school. Many players had games taken away from this year and we hope to do a little bit every day to plug the kids in the Palmetto State. Lets take a look at some UNSIGNED Seniors who missed out on the postseason which starts this weekend.  Adam ComerAdamComer6'8" | PFBroome | 2021StateSC - Broome HS (Spartanburg)  Comer averaged 13.1 ppg, 11.5 rebounds and 2.6 blocks this season for the Centurions (8-11). Comer a post player moves well from block to block. comer has the ability to step-out and knockdown the elbow jumper and finish over both shoulders with a nice jump-hook. Comer was also named All-Region in football this season as a offensive lineman.  Taviyon BrutonTaviyonBruton6'4" | SFByrnes | 2021StateSC - Byrnes HS (Duncan) (pictured on the front)  Bruton really came out of nowhere this season for the Rebels. Bruton just brings a great energy to the floor and determination. Bruton does his best job around the cup and in the paint with constant activity. Bruton averaged a double-double 14.3 ppg and 10.5 rebounds this year. The Rebels finished the season at (14-7) playing in the same region with Dorman HS and Riverside HS.  KJ McCluneyKJMcCluney6'6" | PFUnion County | 2021StateSC - Union County HS  McCluney a slender-sleek forward averaged 15.4 ppg, 7.8 rebounds and 1.4 blocks this season. McCluney has great length and the ability to step-out on the floor and knockdown the 3-ball. McCluney 6’6 played football in the fall for the Jackets at the wide receiver position.  Judd CoanJuddCoan6'6" | SFWade Hampton | 2021StateSC - Wade Hampton HS (Greenville)  Coan and his Generals teammates were left out of the playoffs this past season. Coan a rangy shooter really likes to take a shot during crunch time. Coan who has deep range doesn’t lack confidence on the perimeter.  Travis CooperTravisCooper6'4" | SFWest Florence | 2021StateSC - West Florence HS  Cooper and the Knights finished the year at (4-3). Cooper a bit of a TWEENER on the floor at the forward position excels in the transition game. Cooper will look to stalk the baseline or hit a jumper. Cooper rebounds the ball well on both ends of the floor and out of his area.
