Hoiberg continued his strong senior campaign on Wednesday as Pius won a hard-fought cross-class battle as the Bolts defeated Omaha Skutt. The 6’0 senior point guard led the Bolts with 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists on the night, which included some big buckets down the stretch. Both Sam and his twin brother Charlie have been huge for Pius this season, and Sam especially has shown improvement in finishing strong at the basket. He deserves some more attention from colleges as his senior season continues.

Holtz is one of the better guards in Class B. The 5’10 junior is averaging 19.4 points a game a just under 4 assists a night for Bennington. Holtz had himself a game in the opening round of the EMC conference tournament that was postponed from Monday night to Wednesday night. Holtz

Coming off of a breakout summer in which he picked up offers from D1 mid-majors such as Coastal Carolina and Tennessee Tech, Jungers has been very efficient this year during his junior campaign at Creighton Prep. Jungers is shooting above 50% from the field and just under 40% from 3 on the season and has a great touch both in the mid-range game and at the rim. Prep got a big home win on Wednesday night against Papio South and Jungers led the way for the Junior Jays with 14 points and 5 rebounds on the evening.

He is averaging 16 points and 5 rebounds a night and plays beyond tough each and every night out. Although Papio South fell short Wednesday night in their visit to the Birdcage, Brocaille still had a standout night, notching a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Brocaille is having a breakout junior campaign and is certainly a name to watch in the 2022 class.
