Tate PetersenTatePetersen5'11" | PGMonticello | 2023StateIA, Monticello (2023)

The first thing that stood out about Petersen in the Panthers win over Camanche was that he looks like a much more confident ball-handler than as a freshman. Against the Indians last year, he looked hesitant against the full-court pressure that Camanche likes to throw at opposing ball-handlers, but that wasn't an issue in this game. A supremely confident shooter, he knocked down five of his seven attempts from the arc, en route to a game-high 17 points. He's a knockdown shooter when given a bit of space, and he has good footwork that he uses to create that tiny bit of space that he needs to get his shot off. He finished with 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists for the Panthers.

Ty KehoeTyKehoe6'0" | PGMonticello | 2021StateIA, Monticello (2021)

Kehoe isn't much of an offensive threat, but he does all the little things that coaches love. He's a very good defender both on and off the ball, moving his feet well laterally and using his length to create some issues. He's a good passer who keeps the ball moving and a capable ball-handler.
