Tyran Cook Tyran Cook 6'1" | SG Waukesha South | 2023 State WI – 2023 – G – Waukesha South
Not sure many have taken notice of the numbers that Cook is putting up this season. The sophomore guard had another big effort on Wednesday, scoring 22 points in a loss to Kettle Moraine. Cook got into a monster flow in the second half, scoring 17 of those points to lead a huge comeback for the Blackshirts that fell just short. Cook scored very efficiently in transition. He hit a lot of tough runners with his momentum flying towards the hoop. Listed at 5-foot-11, Cook plays a lot bigger than his size thanks to his plus-length frame and some added strength. He showed some nice three-level scoring, ripping and getting baseline as well as knocking down a 3-pointer. Currently unranked, Cook is having a big enough season to get his name in the top 100.

Logan Kowalski Logan Kowalski 6'8" | PF Kettle Moraine | 2021 State WI – 2021 – PF – Kettle Moraine
Kowalski played his way into the final class of 2021 rankings with Wednesday’s performance. The 6-foot-8 senior did an outstanding job of protecting the rim, including a couple of blocks against transition run-outs. Kowalski moves well for his size and has light feet. He also can control the glass, has good rebounding instincts, and keeps the ball at his chin. Offensively, there’s a lot to work with. Kowalski showed soft hands and the ability to catch in traffic. He also has a unique touch for a big man and can step away shoot it a bit from the 8-10 foot range. Kowalski opened a lot of eyes as a potential hidden gem for a D3/NAIA program.
Collin Molisee – 2021 – SF – Waukesha South
A prospect that’s starting to grow on me, Molisee had a very nice second half to help Waukesha South get back into the game against Kettle Moraine. A really solid player who does a lot of things well, Molisee gives the Blackshirts an inside-out scoring presence, rebounding ability, and high-IQ passing. Molisee doesn’t force the issue — if it’s not there, he’s swinging the ball and always looks to push up the floor with the pass, making a number of nice outlet plays that led to hockey assists. The 6-foot-3 senior has some exceptional fluid footwork when he gets into the paint and knows how to navigate traffic. Molisee won’t take a lot of 3’s, but he’s certainly capable of knocking down his open looks on the perimeter.
Charlie Pfefferle Charlie Pfefferle 5'9" | PG Xavier | 2022 State WI – 2022 – PG – Xavier
A get it and go guard, Pfefferle thrives in transition. Pfefferle plays at a really good pace, always looking to push the ball in the open floor and find his teammates or get coast-to-coast with the basketball. Has to cut down on his turnovers, but Xavier puts up so many points because of his tempo and vision, they probably don’t mind it too much. In limited duty during a blowout win over Menasha, Pfefferle scored 12 points and dished out 10 assists.
Alex Sherwood Alex Sherwood 6'4" | SF Xavier | 2023 State WI – 2023 – SF – Xavier
Going to be one of the biggest risers in the next class of 2023 rankings, Sherwood is having a big sophomore season. The 6-foot-6 wing is a multi-dimensional, fluid athlete that can do a lot of different things on the floor. Sherwood can score inside-out. He’s a threat on the block and spaces the floor really well as a shooter. A long, athletic prospect, Sherwood runs the floor really well. He’s probably more of a wing at the next level, but Sherwood is asked to defend the paint and control the glass in high school. Sherwood has shown he’s capable as well, putting up monster rebound and block numbers. Sherwood had a team-high 17 points, 14 rebounds, and three blocks, in a win over Menasha while playing just 20 minutes.
Drew Wagner Drew Wagner 5'7" | PG Kettle Moraine | 2024 WI – 2024 – PG – Kettle Moraine
Wagner had 20 points to lead Kettle Moraine to a win at Waukesha South. Kid won’t wow anybody with size or athleticism. The 5-foot-7 freshman can play though. Wagner does a really good job of getting lost in the defense. Every defender knows they can’t leave Wagner, yet he still is able to free himself on the perimeter and makes defenders pay when they go under screens. Wagner has extended range from beyond the arc and a high-arcing shot. He couples his shooting ability with a nice hesitation blow-by dribble as defenders have to respect the outside shot and overplay him. Most impressively, Wagner showed off some stones you don’t see from many freshmen. The Blackshirts made run after run, but Wagner was often the guy that initiated something offensively and stopped those spurts, including a key go-head bucket on one of the final possessions.

Ray Zuleger – 2021 – SG – Xavier
Zuleger started going crazy towards the end of the first half. Everything he was putting up was going down and the senior guard also dropped some pretty assists as Xavier began to pull away against Menasha. Zulegar had a couple of daggers, coming off screens and letting it fly with ease. Off the play, Zuleger flies around and gets defenders out of position and/or chasing. Zuleger finished with 14 points and seven assists in just 20 minutes of action.
