The Raiders look to be an underrated team in Region 6. I was impressed with them tonight. They have all the pieces and play hard. I was impressed with the Drake/Anamoose zone, they were very active and communicated well.

Here are the top players from tonight’s game:
1. Hunter Fletschock Hunter Fletschock 6'6" | SF Drake-Anamoose | 2021 State ND (2021) |6-5 F| Drake/Anamoose – 19 points, three 3-pointers, and 2-2 from the line. He was the best player on the court tonight. #23 is a long athletic wingman. Hunter is a stud 3-point shooter with a high release. He does not force his shot; in my opinion, he should shoot more often. Hunter plays with good flow and has a nice quick pull up jumper. He has a long wingspan and can finish with both hands at the rim. His length and feel for the game make him a good rebounder. Hunter is a confident free-throw shooter with perfect form. He is one of the more underrated players I have watched play this season. Hunter looks like an All-Region 6 player.
2. Payton Martin Payton Martin 6'2" | PG Drake-Anamoose | 2021 State ND (2021) |6-2 G| Drake/Anamoose – 9 points in the game. He has a great left hand when attacking and finishing. I was impressed when Payton made an amazing full-court baseball pass in the first half that hit his teammate in stride. I like his hesitation move that keeps defenders off balance. He is a precision passer that is always looking to set up his teammates. Payton is a strong rebounder who high points the ball. I like the way he penetrated gaps and drew two defenders and then kicked. Payton is one of the more underrated passers in North Dakota. He also looks like an All-Region 6 player.
3. Kaden Chadwick Kaden Chadwick 6'5" | C Velva | 2022 State ND (2022) |6-5 F| Velva – 10 points in the game. He is s big, thick, strong post player. For his size, Kaden is a fleet-footed force in the paint. I like how he passes out of the double team. This lefty can finish with both hands around the iron. Kaden can hit the open 15-footer when given space. He is tough on the boards. Frontcourt players better need to be ready when #34 is on the court.
4. Matthew Jund (2021) |6-4 F| Drake/Anamoose – 12 points in the game. He has very long arms. Mathews runs the floor well. I like how aggressive he is on the offensive glass. He has good eyes and has the ability to find the open man. Mathew plays the top of the odd front zone. I like how active he is. His hands are always up, and he is disruptive. He is a great compliment to Fletschock and Martin.
5. Adam Schepp (2021) |6-2 F| Velva – 7 points in the game with one triple. This lefty has a nice-looking shot from beyond the arc. Adam can finish with his off-hand and he has good hops. His effort and athleticism make him a tough offensive rebounder.
6. Josh Marquart (2021) |6-2 F| Drake/Anamoose – 8 points in the game. He is active on the glass and is a physical rebounder. Josh is a strong powerful forward. He is a crafty finisher with a soft touch. Josh moves well around the rim.
7. Jersey Selzler (2021) |5-11 G| Velva – 6 points in the game with two triples. He has a nice looking outside shot with the potential to be a solid shooter. Jersey looks to have some deep range from beyond the arc. I was impressed with a pass he made over the zone that found an open teammate for a layup. Jersey made a smooth pull-up 3-pointer going to his left that left me impressed.
8. Hunter Suckut (2021) |5-8 G| Velva – 5 points in the game with one 3-pointer. He is a spot-up shooter. I like the way he moves without the ball against the zone. Hunter has the potential to be a legitimate shooter from downtown.
