With a few pre-season games left on the slate, we are starting to see some good basketball being played across the state. Teams are starting to really find their rotation. The state RPI is set to come out this Monday as well as many onlookers see were they stack up when it comes to their rank based on their opponents played. We take a dive into what makes these Top 5 teams the top 5. 5A has a few top teams that are set for a clash.
1.Timpview 7-3
We absolutely love that Timpview is stepping up and playing against some major competition. Their 3 losses come against Corner Canyon, Pleasant Grove and Wasatch Academy. Jake Wahlin

Olympus was in a battle with Bingham last night but fell short. Their other loss comes against Pleasant Grove. Olympus has so many guards that have size and can shoot. What makes them tough is Jack Wisctircil this kid is big, strong and talented. The kid can finish inside and can absolutely shoot

Another team that has had a few hiccups this season but is just dangerous. They can play up-tempo or slow it down.
