With a few pre-season games left on the slate, we are starting to see some good basketball being played across the state. Teams are starting to really find their rotation. The state RPI is set to come out this Monday as well as many onlookers see were they stack up when it comes to their rank based on their opponents played. We take a dive into what makes these Top 5 teams in 4A have been a surprise. 

1.Dixie 6-2

With a 6 point loss to Lone Peak and a 13 point loss to Wasatch Academy it’s hard to ignore that Dixie has the best schedule. Most 4A teams would get 20+ pieced by anyone in Region 4. The reason Dixie is having so much success is Isaac FinlinsonIsaacFinlinson6'4" | CGDixie | 2021StateUT who is turning into a boarder-line D1 type guy especially with his size. 23 PPG , 7 RPG and 4 APS is an impressive state line to have on an average. 

2.Crimson Cliffs 8-0

One of the best 3-point shooting teams in the state with a mixture of youth and experience. Huge wins over RSL Academy and Green Canyon. Trei Rockhill is a scorer and he can shoot the
