1.Dixie 6-2
With a 6 point loss to Lone Peak and a 13 point loss to Wasatch Academy it’s hard to ignore that Dixie has the best schedule. Most 4A teams would get 20+ pieced by anyone in Region 4. The reason Dixie is having so much success is Isaac Finlinson Isaac Finlinson 6'6" | CG Dixie | 2021 State UT who is turning into a boarder-line D1 type guy especially with his size. 23 PPG , 7 RPG and 4 APS is an impressive state line to have on an average.
2.Crimson Cliffs 8-0
One of the best 3-point shooting teams in the state with a mixture of youth and experience. Huge wins over RSL Academy and Green Canyon. Trei Rockhill is a scorer and he can shoot the ball from deep. Crimson Cliffs has multiple shooter which could be trouble for anyone playing zone.
3.Desert Hils 8-0
With zero automatic wins on the schedule Desert Hills is an impressive 8-0. Senior guard Mason Lanndeck has come out of nowhere especially in Keegan Munson Keegan Munson 6'6" | CG Desert Hills | 2021 State UT ’s absence. With Keegan back and a brutal region Desert Hills will be ready for anyone. Desert Hills could be that team to beat moving forward.
4.Sky View 6-1
A lot of people might have thought that Sky View was done after last years amazing team. Good schedule with some tough challenging games and a huge win against a 6A team. With 6’11 Jackson Shuman playing well this year and the combination of Hayden Howell Hayden Howell 6'1" | SG Sky View | 2023 State UT and Evan Hall. They play in a good region that will prep them for another deep playoff run.
5.Juan Diego 7-1
Their strength of schedule will likely hurt them and it’d only going to get worse in region play. Juan Diego is getting some surprise play from David Kinneberg David Kinneberg 6'6" | SF Juan Diego | 2021 State UT as he is a high motor player. Not a lot of plays are run for him and he is able to produce on broken plays. He rebounds and runs the floor. David has a lot of upside. Talon Valdes Talon Valdes 6'0" | PG Juan Diego | 2021 State UT is a quick guard that makes a living near the basket. They should go untouched the rest of the way.
