Final Thoughts
There are young teams in this section that could mature and take a giant step forward. There are recently successful programs that will continue to contend. There are others that have a lot to rebuild. There are some schools replacing too much, others replacing players and will be better for it. The teams that have been most consistently successful start as favorites (St. Croix Prep and Cristo Rey) but others are hot on their trail.
