In an ironic twist, Nevada, a state that typically is short on bigs, has a plethora of unsigned talented big men. In this article, we take a look at some of the top available unsigned Bigs in the class of 2021
Kamron Robinson Kamron Robinson 6'8" | PF Desert Pines | 2021 NV 6’8 PF Desert Pines – Robinson has length and athleticism. The 6’8 forward gets off the floor well with both his first and second jump. He also has the ability to use his long arms to protect the rim and grab rebounds. Robinson can score with his back to the basket, but he does the most damage sprinting the floor and finishing putbacks around the rim.
Kiree Huie Kiree Huie 6'8" | PF Desert Valley Prep | 2021 State NV 6’9 PF Desert Valley Prep – Huie has started to grow on me. He is a big body that does not mind doing the dirty work. He’s a gritty tough rebounder that does a good job of using position and extra effort to grab boards. Offensively he can score in transition and in direct post-ups when he has the chance to turn over his left shoulder.
Daniel Rouzan Daniel Rouzan 6'8" | PF Bishop Gorman | 2021 CA-S 6’8 PF Bishop Gorman – Rouzan is a big strong powerful post. He has good moves down low and can score with either hand around the rim. He does a good job of sealing his defender, catching and finishing with powerful dunks at the rim.
Mason Mich’l Mason Mich’l 6'7" | PF Desert Oasis | 2021 State NV 6’7 PF Desert Oasis – Mich’l may be the best offensive player out of the bunch. He can step out and shoot the ball out to the college 3. He also has the ability to put the ball on the ground and beat opposing bigs off the dribble. Mich’l is an explosive run and jump athlete that can finish plays above the rim.
Desmond Green Desmond Green 6'9" | C Silverado | 2021 State NV 6’9 PF Desert Pines – Green is raw, but the talent is there. He is a fluid runner, who changes ends of the floor quickly. Green has long arms and good timing, giving him the ability to protect the rim at a high level. While Green may be more in the project stage, he has the physical tools to become a true diamond in the rough.
