Kaden Kinsler 6’0″ Elsberry: A young guard who has emerged as a bucket this season, averaging North of 20 points a game. If he gets a good look from 3-point range, he’s going to knock it down. He can also score in a variety of ways while also stuffing the stat sheet in other categories.
Kayden Fish 6’6″ Staley: The “Big Fish” got to see some minutes last year as a freshman in Staley’s run to the Class 5 Final Four. This season, he has emerged as one of the top young low-post threats in the 2023 Class. He has a big body, the ability to move and some good fundamentals around the basket. He scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Falcons past Liberty in the championship game of the C.W. Stressman Invitational last weekend.
Joseph Clark 6’3″ Mid-Buchanan: An athletic young wing player who plays with a high motor at both ends of the court. He can be very disruptive at the top of his team’s full court pressure defense with his length. The lefty is a very effective slasher who will also throw down an impressive dunk in traffic.
Amarre Clark 6’0 Parkview: On a team with a gaggle of good guards, this young lefty can make it happen with his quickness and perimeter shooting. He can play off the ball and sink 3-pointers with his range, plus he has the handles and quicks to create off the dribble.
Colby Lancaster 6’5″ Fulton: A thick-bodied post player who brings size and an inside presence to a very talented young Hornets squad. He has good mobility and he will finish strong around the basket with some impressive dunks in traffic. He can also be stout on the defensive end with his positioning and ability to block a shot. The young big-un has a very nice upside.
Giovanni Mack 6’0 Belton: I caught his act for the first time a couple of weeks ago and his 3-point shooting range stood out right away. He was even lining it up from from the volleyball line with confidence. He is a poised ball handler who also plays a solid floor game.
