Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top underclassmen who put on top performances on Monday’s Dr Martin Luther King Jr Day.

Larry Hughes Jr 6’5 CBC: The 2022 shooting guard scored a team high 17 points in the Cadets victory over O’Fallon-Christian. He displayed his feathery shooting touch from long distance with four 3-pointers in the first half. I like how he has started to use his size and athleticism to attack the basket and get himself to the free throw line. He is also a willing defender who will sit down and give a strong effort.

Nick KramerNickKramer6'4" | SGSLUH | 2022StateMO 6’4 SLUH: The 2022 wing scored 25 points in the Jr. Bills victory over Normandy. His strength is his deep shooting range, but he has emerged as a complete scoring threat. He has a nice touch from the high post, a good drive game and he can play well without the ball. His overall athleticism has also improved.
