From players that are coming off All-State seasons to others that are playing their first varsity minuets, this group has all shown their ability to be legit college prospects.
Terry Sanford Junior G/F Davis Molnar Davis Molnar 6'6" | SF Terry Sanford | 2022 State NC put together one of the best performances so far of any player in the state on Friday night in a win over Southview. Molnar went for 38 Points, 15 Rebounds and 7 Assist, showcasing his ability to score the ball at a high level. Molnar is a player that likes to get teammates involved but when he’s aggressive to score, he’s a difficult player to stop.
D1 Programs that need a wing, Riverside-Williamston Junior Avion Pinner Avion Pinner 6'9" | PF Concord Academy | 2023 State NC should be your guy! Pinner has been outstanding over the last year during HS and AAU season against all types of competition. The Knights are off to a 3-0 start with their latest win coming against Northside-Pinetown where Pinner went for 33 Points & pulled down 15 rebounds.
Westover HS Junior Wing Mikey Campbell has hit his stride in two wins for Westover this week. Campbell is averaging just under 24 Points a game in the last two games and is continuing to improve overall as this is his first season of playing legit minutes at the varsity level. He has good size and a long wingspan to go with some athleticism that is pretty impressive.
Trinity Christian Junior Guard Freddie Dilione Freddie Dilione 6'6" | SG Word of God | 2023 #37 Nation NC put together a solid showing with the majority of his production coming in the first half. He finished with a game high of 21 Points and continues to make his case for being a High Major prospect. You won’t see much emotion from him and he still has plenty of potential left in his game.
Northwood Temple Junior Guard Jaquantae Harris Jaquantae Harris 6'1" | PG Northwood Temple | 2022 State NC seems to be turning the corner as a PG, finding his balance between scoring and getting everybody involved. Although he led his team in scoring with 18 Points, he sacrificed his own offense quite a bit to get his teammates going.
St Pauls HS Junior Jeyvian Tatum Jeyvian Tatum 6'3" | CG St Paul's | 2022 State NC is a player that we have become very intrigued by after watching him pretty closely over the past year. Tatum showcased his scoring ability on Friday night against South Columbus, finishing with a game high of 23 Points.
Trinity Christian Junior Guard Cam Oates Cam Oates 5'10" | PG New Life Christian | 2023 State NC is looking to take his stock and he provided some scoring for his team on Thursday night. The lefty has a quick first step and knows how to get his shot off against defensive pressure, on the defensive side of the ball he brought solid energy as well.
