We have barely begun our basketball season in Kentucky but there have been a few Freshmen who have made an early splash across the commonwealth. With all due respect to guys like Trent NoahTrentNoah6'4" | CGHarlan County | 2024KY and Travis PerryTravisPerry5'11" | PGLyon County | 2024KY, this article is geared more towards lesser known names who are establishing themselves early in their careers.

Brady ShouldersBradyShoulders6'3" | SFLyon County | 2024KY, Lyon County - Shoulders is in the conversation for best pure shooter in the class already. He’s hitting 3 threes per game while shooting at a 67% clip and averaging 13 points per game for the undefeated Lyons. Lyon County cleared a huge hurdle in their quest to make the Kentucky All A state tournament when they beat University Heights on Tuesday. 

Junius BurrellJuniusBurrell5'8" | PGGreat Crossing | 2024KY, Great Crossing - Burrell isn’t very big but he is very quick and shifty with the ball in his hands. Junius has been coming off the bench so far but it may not be long before the point guard cracks the starting lineup. As long as he continues to develop and learns how to change speeds in the half court, Burrell could be one to watch in the 11th region over the next 4
