Anthony Ogbonna is an athletic downhill slasher that plays with great energy. He is shifty with the ball and can get defenders leaning the wrong way as he sprints in for a slam. He still doesn’t like to shoot from the perimeter much but it’s an area he must improve upon for the next level. The high motor athlete is an impactful defender, able to make chase down blocks and earns deflections. He’s piling in 20.2 points, 7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 3.2 steals.
6-3 G Bobby Little – Burke County
Bobby Little has natural skills that help him affect games. He’s a wiry guard that has upside as a perimeter defender. Little is a high-volume shooter that needs to work on his shot selection. He’s at his best when mixing in drives with his outside shot. Little is averaging 16.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 2.5 steals and 2 blocks.
6-0 G Gray Voltz – Columbus
Teams in need of some floor spacing and competitiveness will want to check in on Gray Voltz. He has deep range and is able to get his shot off off the bounce. He’s an opportunistic defender that can turn defense into offense. Voltz has shown flashes of being a solid playmaker at the next level.
5-10 PG Richard Visitacion – Cross Creek
In the discussion as the best guard in the CSRA, Richard Visitacion is a cat-quick shifty point guard that burns defenses with his diverse offense. Not only can he torch defenses with his outside shot and crafty drives to the basket, but he’s got great court vision and feel for setting up his teammates. Visitacion is starting to become a popular name among non-D-I schools. He could be very productive true point guard at the next level.
6-6 PF Corey Trotter Corey Trotter 6'6" | PF Cross Creek | 2021 State GA – Cross Creek
Corey Trotter Corey Trotter 6'6" | PF Cross Creek | 2021 State GA impressed me last season with his skill. He can score with his back to the basket on baby hooks and can float out to the perimeter to hit the open three or catch a defender napping with a quick first step to get downhill. Trotter is a reliable rebounder and blocks shots even though he’s not a springy athlete. He will need to tone up his body in order to be ready for the college game, but his skill set is nearly college-ready.
6-6 PF Jadyn Shider – Dougherty
A bulldozing big bruiser, Jadyn Shider is a burly wide-shouldered post that uses his overpowering strength to his advantage. He can put opponents in the rim that aren’t ready for his deep post seals. He scores in the paint on drop steps and is deceptively quick off his feet when battling for offensive rebounds. Shider is averaging 11 points and 7.6 rebounds. He can take over stretches of games with his interior presence.
