With conference season heating up, some prospects are prime for strong runs in the state of North Carolina. Here’s a look at the final part of standouts from the Beach Ball Classic.

Harkins has come along nicely at the point guard spot. He opened with 15 points, four rebounds and two steals against Gray Collegiate then followed that up with 10 points, four steals, two rebounds and two assists against Carolina Forest. As he finds his confidence as a leader and playmaker, look for his recruitment to grow with the Eagles.

Bell is a guard that’s learning to be more than an athletic slasher. When he’s going to the rim off the bounce, he’s hard to stop already but as teams key in on his knack for finishing at the rim, he’s found ways to be effective as a passer and shooter on the wing. He knocked three 3-pointers while averaging 9.6 ppg in the Beach Ball Classic. He posted nine points, six rebounds and five assists against Cannon School. He’s
