The Burlington County Scholastic League is one of the top conferences in Central and South Jersey with Moorestown, Trenton Catholic and Burlington City residing in it. Here are the top player of the year candidates to watch in the BCSL this season.

The Iron Mikes need someone to replace Watkins’ scoring and Young Jr. looks to be the guy. The 6’3 guard is a good floor general as he knows how to get his teammates involved and can run the offense. Young Jr. can beat his defender off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. He has a nice release on his jumper and makes plays on the defensive end. Young Jr. is a skilled guard prospect who is ready to lead the Trenton Catholic offense.
