Ryan Sullivan | Auburn | 6’6” | Power Forward | 2024
Ryan is a long, athletic player, who plays inside and out. He defends and blocks shots down low, but also moves his feet and guards on the perimeter. He can hit three-pointers, push it himself off turnovers, and make plays off the dribble. As he gets stronger, he will become an increasingly more dangerous player. Auburn High School canceled their season entirely, but Ryan is still getting in the gym, which is great to see.
Andrew Alekseyenko | Brookline | 6’5” | Power Forward | 2024
Andrew is another young player with good size and skills. He has a smooth, quick stroke, shoots off the catch or dribble, and can really shoot it from deep. His mobility has room to improve, but he can already put the ball on the floor and make passes on the move. He’s a strong interior defender/rebounder and makes quick outlet passes. He’s also not afraid to challenge the best player on the floor with physical defense.
Jared Stubblebine | Newton North | 5’10” | Guard | 2023
Jared is a composed, under control player, with a great understanding of the game. He’s a good passer, who keeps the ball moving and cuts hard. He thinks a step ahead, at one point instructing his big man to post up before feeding him the rock. He moves his feet well on defense, stays in good help position, and has active hands. He’s also quick off the dribble, finishes quickly, and has a decent three-point stroke.
Moise Louis | Boston English | Guard | 2023
Moise is a small guard but has excellent speed, quickness, and strength. He starts and stops lightning quick, so he’s tough to stay in front of. He also has great bounce, gets up for rebounds, leads the break, and looks for contact at the rim. He has quick hands on defense and is always looking to force turnovers. The next step in his progression is to improve his jump shot and round out the rest of his skill set.
