AIA: 4A PF/C Sleepers

The AIA season will now start Monday January 18th with most of the first games on Tuesday Jan 19th. So we take a look at some of the top players in every conference.    We look at more PF/C’s in 4A.    Here are some sleeper PF/C’s that will impact their team: Myles HershaMylesHersha6'9" | CSalpointe Catholic | 2021StateAZ (Salpointe Catholic) (Pictured)  -A long and tall scorer who can shoot the 3 plus score it inside. He can protect the paint with rebounds and blocks plus runs the floor well.  Kyle JohnsonKyleJohnson6'5" | PFShadow Mountain | 2021StateAZ (Shadow Mountain) -A face-up 4-man who can shoot the 3. He has good length and strength to rebound and will be a huge lift for the Matadors.  Foune DoucoureFouneDoucoure6'7" | PFSt Mary's | 2022StateAZ (St Mary’s) -A physical specimen runs the floor like a wing. He is a rim runner who will play above the rim and will infuse energy to their break and be a stud on defense covering a lot of ground.  Jayson HuntJaysonHunt6'6" | PFParadise Honors | 2022StateAZ (Paradise Honors) -An athletic and active forward moves well from end to end. He can hit from elbow and in and will finish above the rim on the break plus can rip through and score it.  Chris LongChrisLong6'8" | PFVista Grande | 2022StateAZ (Vista Grande) -A true face-up big man shoots it with deep 3pt range. He has a face trigger and can get hot quickly. He rebounds the ball and outlets the ball impressively to his teammates.  Ashton EarlAshtonEarl6'6" | PFAmerican Leadership Academy-Queen Creek | 2022StateAZ (ALA-QC)  -A strong bodied post player is a rugged rebounder and inside paint scorer. He can move players around for position on the both sides of the court. The new 4A team moving up from 3A has good size with him and Brooks JonesBrooksJones6'6" | PFAmerican Leadership Academy-Queen Creek | 2022StateAZ.  Elias CondittEliasConditt6'9" | CThunderbird | 2022StateAZ (Thunderbird)   -A quickly growing 5-man is a tad raw but has nice athleticism and will bring much needed size to the Chiefs. He can score it around the rim and flush it down.   Jake PriceJakePrice6'4" | PFPeoria | 2022StateAZ (Peoria) -A team with an outstanding group of guards will need someone to compliment them this season. Step in Price. He is strong and will rebound the ball, set picks and finish off layups and hook shots, He has a thicker frame and he will bring some much needed toughness.
