Prep Hoops Michigan recently released a Watch List for the class of 2024. It’s an extremely talented group of incoming freshman. We’ll take a look at 5 wings to watch from the list.
* Note - This is not a ’Top 5’, just 5 players to see.
Noah FrenchNoahFrench6'1" | SGRoeper | 2024MI (SG, Roeper)
If you like watching a workhorse play, Noah FrenchNoahFrench6'1" | SGRoeper | 2024MI might be your guy. He’s a grinder in every since of the word. French is a 2 way player that will win you some hustle points. In my opinion, he’s going to improve a ton over the next 4 years.
Amari JohnsonAmariJohnson6'4" | SFDetroit Cass Tech | 2024MI (SF, Detroit Cass Tech)
Johnson will end up making a lot of noise in the PSL over the next 4 years. He’s a talented athlete on the wing. Johnson has nice size and length and can get buckets in a few different ways. His development as a player should be very interesting to watch.
Brady PrieskornBradyPrieskorn6'6" | SFRochester Adams | 2024MI (SF, Rochester Adams)
This is sort of unfair because Prieskorn can play at least 3 positions. As easily as he attacks off the wing, he can also set the offense as a point forward.

Legend GeeterLegendGeeter6'7" | PFRiver Rouge | 2021StateMI as a freshman in their ability and willingness to play multiple roles.
Daniel SmytheDanielSmythe6'1" | CGOrchard Lake St. Mary's | 2024MI (SG, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s)
Smythe was absolutely lights out over the course of grassroots season. He showed that he’s an elite shooter in the class of 2024. It seems like Smythe works with in the gym range. As he expands his game, the state of Michigan should watch out.
Jailen TiggsJailenTiggsSFDetroit Edison | 2024MI (SF, Detroit Edison)
Tiggs should fit in at Detroit Edison very nicely. Edison has developed a reputation for wings that can attack the rim and finish at the bucket. Tiggs can do just that as well. He can play in the open floor at a fast pace which will suit him nicely in high school ball.
