Teagan Moore Teagan Moore 6'4" | SF Owen County | 2023 State KY , Owen County – Owen County is off to a hot start at 4-2 and a large part of it is due to the emergence of Moore as one of the top scorers in the state in the 2023 class. Teagan is averaging just under 27 points per game and adding 8 rebounds per contest. Most of his damage is being done as a slasher as his three point shooting hasn’t caught up to the rest of his game yet. He’s also living at the free throw line, making 6 per game.
Terrell Henry Terrell Henry 6'2" | SF Mason County | 2023 State KY , Mason County – Folks around Maysville are really excited about the future of the Royals and Henry is a big reason why. The athletic wing is putting up 19 points and 7 rebounds per game while playing with the ball in his hands quite a bit and thriving as a slasher but also having the ability to post up some also. Still developing as a shooter, Terrell is a player to keep an eye on in the 10th region.
Caleb Brooks Caleb Brooks 6'9" | C Cooper | 2023 State KY , Cooper – Cooper is very young but they do have some talent. Brooks is slight of frame but has legitimate size at 6’8. Averaging 10 points and 4 rebounds per game, Caleb should be a much more active rebounder at his size but he is an efficient scorer around the rim and has a chance to be a college prospect as his motor improves.
Eian Elmer Eian Elmer 6'6" | SF Taft | 2023 State OH , Holmes – A player who could have as high a ceiling as anyone in the class, Elmer is long and athletic and plays hard but needs to continue to develop his overall skill level. He predominantly scores around the rim but has shown a decent shot from mid range and beyond. Shooting below 50% from the free throw line is something to keep an eye on but it’s still so early in the year that there isn’t a huge sample size. If he keeps developing, Eian could have a mid major D1 or higher ceiling thanks to his athleticism.
